Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated Australian customer support team with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your item and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the box before shipping it back to our local warehouse via a tracked service.
Processing and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement within 7-10 business days.
